Tenuta Matrico's varieties come from our own olive groves, cultivated and processed in Uggiano La Chiesa, just a short distance from Otranto.
Every extra virgin olive oil is the result of a limited production and meticulous attention to detail: hand-harvesting, artisanal processing, and respect for nature's natural rhythm.
